Introduction
Mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) evaporator uses two steam generated in the evaporator, the compressor, pressure, temperature, enthalpy increase, and then sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator as heating steam, feed liquid to maintain the boiling state, and heating steam is condensed into water. Usage
Mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) evaporator, suitable for low temperature concentration in milk, glucose, organic acid, VC, xylose, pharmaceutical, chemical, biological engineering, environmental engineering, waste recycling, papermaking, salt and other industries.
Main Characteristic
1. MVR energy-saving evaporator technology is currently the most sophisticated evaporator technology available. It uses very little steam during normal operation and very little steam during startup, which significantly lowers operating costs and lessens environmental pollution.
2. Due to the compressor being used as a heat source, compared to a standard evaporator, the temperature differential is much lower, allowing for moderate evaporation, a significant improvement in product quality, and a decrease in fouling.
3. The structure and procedure are very straightforward, totally automatic, continuous, safe, and dependable. The condenser is optional, or only a small portion of it is required.
